Run by a small group of 'jigsawteers' based near Westport on the west coast of Ireland. Ben Petit is the owner/designer, whilst Sue Barnes presides over retail sales. Alphabet Jigsaws have been designing and producing jigsaws for over ten years.

We aim to provide the highest quality jigsaws, enhancing a concept that has captivated the young and old for so many generations..

Each jigsaw piece is truly unique having been hand cut, painted and lettered. By using the best materials that we can find, we hope that each jigsaw will not only provide entertainment for your children, but also your children's children.

We have been supplying playgroups, Montessori schools and primary schools since 1998. Our emphasis has been to produce something in which there is as much fun as learning, and as much challenge as enjoyment.

The jigsaw puzzles are suitable for 3 to 10 year olds and there are four distinct ranges to choose from. Included in the price of each model is a brightly coloured cotton bag in which to store the pieces after opening.

All paints and primers used are child safe and non toxic. All our wood is sourced from sustainably grown forests. The jigsaws meet all the required european safety standards and bear the CE mark
