Shipping & Delivery

Alphabet Jigsaws uses An Post for delivery. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment for an order. Goods will usually arrive within 3-5 days (EU) or between 10-14 days (rest of the World.).

We also offer the choice of courier. This is faster and, if you are buying a few jigsaws, sometimes cheaper. It does require, however, someone to be available at the delivery address in order to sign for you goods.

 

 

Privacy & Security

Alphabet Jigsaws are committed to your personal privacy. We will not pass your information with any other third party, or give out your details to any other companies. We only require the details needed for delivery plus your e-mail address. We will only send you e-mails with regard to a query or order that you have placed with us.

Please note that at no time does Alphabet Jigsaws have access to your financial information. By outsourcing to a highly respected third party (PayPal) we can ensure that the highest possible security is used to safeguard your financial security.

We will replace any faulty items or those that have been sent to you in error. In these instance we will be happy to incur all costs involved with resolving the issue.

As with all purchases made over the internet, you have a seven day "cooling off" period from the day that you receive the goods. Please notify us as soon as possible of your intent to return the goods. We will refund all monies in full within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
